Chocolate Butterflies
We have a very special guest in the Kingdom this week. She and I made chocolate butterflies to put on top of some already fabulous cupcakes that I had in the freezer. As much as I'd like to claim I made those cupcakes, I have to confess they're my friend Amanda's. Cupcakes by Amanda.

Oh My, so yummy. I have a delicious recipe for apricot slice, made with dried apricots, and what we call " Sweetened condensed milk" if Amanda would like it , so happy to share with you up North.
